Salami Mortadella
…how could I not go for “bologna” but really love mortadella?  It’s essentially bologna with pistachios and black pepper corns!   The answer is: Details Matter! The learning  is: If you can take an existing product, edit it, add to it, make it your own, and create a new category, go for it!
